Verified opportunity overview
IDA Ireland seeks a framework provider for pre-investment technical assessments and post-investment measurement and verification for Green Capital projects. The official procurement workspace remains the controlling source for supplier decisions and current documents.
Current status and key dates
The opportunity lifecycle is open. The controlling submission deadline is 2 November 2026, 12:00 Europe/Dublin; status must be reopened before any later publication or supplier action.
Scope and deliverables
IDA Ireland supports eligible client sustainability investments through its Green Capital programme. As part of IDA Ireland’s investment approval process for Green Capital projects, an independent technical assessment is required to review the technical basis of each project and to validate or re-quantify its expected environmental impact. To date, technical assessments have been completed by a number of different assessors. As the volume and range of Green Capital investments increase, IDA Ireland requires a more consistent and scalable framework to support these technical reviews. IDA Ireland is seeking to appoint one service provider with the capability to manage and deliver all IDA Green Capital Technical Assessment services covered by this RFT. These will cover pre-investment technical assessments and post-investment Measurement and Verification (M and V) assessments. This description is deliberately bounded to what the official public workspace states and does not extend unstated deliverables.
