Market scope
The buyer or principal place of performance must be in Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Global suppliers may qualify; the opportunity itself must be locally relevant.
Official source hierarchy
Irish opportunities are checked against eTenders. UK opportunities are checked against Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI as appropriate. TED may be used where it reproduces an in-scope official notice.
Deadline and status controls
Opportunities are normally admitted only when at least five calendar days remain. The buyer, identifier, deadline, value and VAT basis are published only when explicitly stated.
Expanded report rule
Every new record ships with an expanded English evidence report covering status, scope, lots, supplier requirements, submission and award, value, amendments, relevance, limitations and sources.
Depth claim policy
Section count and word count do not establish research depth. ContractLens uses stronger depth language only when the current release is supported by substantive tender-pack evidence beyond public-feed metadata, such as detailed scope, lot structure, supplier requirements and submission or award criteria.
